Our Commitment
Savepoint is committed to the safety and protection of all users, particularly children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content on our platform.
Age Requirements
Savepoint is not directed at children under the age of 13. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will promptly terminate their account and delete any associated data.
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on Savepoint:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Content that sexualizes or exploits minors
- Grooming behavior or solicitation of minors
- Any content that endangers the safety or well-being of children
Content Moderation
We employ the following measures to prevent and address CSAE content:
- Review of reported content by our moderation team
- Immediate removal of any content that violates our child safety standards
- Permanent suspension of accounts found to be in violation
- Preservation of evidence for law enforcement when required
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter any content or behavior on Savepoint that you believe endangers children, please report it immediately:
- In-app: Use the report feature available on user profiles and content
- Email: Contact us at help@savepoint.gg with the subject line "Child Safety Report"
All reports are treated with the highest priority and investigated promptly.
Cooperation with Authorities
Savepoint cooperates fully with law enforcement and relevant authorities. We report all identified instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other applicable regional and national authorities as required by law.
Enforcement
Violations of our child safety standards result in immediate and permanent account termination. We reserve the right to report violating users to law enforcement and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigations.
